During the brief stage, we learn the client’s personal style, lifestyle and take time to gain an understanding of how they will use the space. We will build a picture of the project through a site visit or floor plans and photographs, as well as establish the time scales, budget and any other requirements.
Our concept stage outlines the developed brief and features the evolution of the interior design scheme to our client’s visions. The content of this stage includes developed designs, the proposed furniture layouts and mood boards capturing key design aspirations. To further convey the bespoke design aesthetics, we introduce materials and fabrics to assist in identifying colour palettes and tones to highlight the tactile and softer elements of the design scheme.
Having approved the concept designs, we progress to the design development and detail design stage. We present the full working drawings, and each element of the scheme is specified (final bespoke furniture, joinery, curated art and accessories).
In this stage, the overall design is finalised, along with a fully itemised breakdown of costs in line with the agreed budget for client’s approval and sign-off.
