In a period apartment, the proportions of the rooms and their original features provide the starting point. We develop the arrangement of furniture, fitted cabinetry and lighting to complement this setting, creating a considered relationship between adjoining spaces.
Art and collected pieces help determine the palette and character of the interior. An antique can bring contrast to contemporary furniture; a distinctive fabric can introduce colour within a restrained architectural scheme. These relationships are considered throughout the design.

For an established or newly completed property, we compose a furnishing scheme around its architecture and the client’s collections. Furniture, bespoke upholstery, rugs, lighting and window treatments are selected as a cohesive whole.
