our Process
PHASE 01
Onboarding Phase
Our process begins with a discovery call, where we take the time to understand your vision, requirements and aspirations for your space. During this initial conversation, we’ll introduce our design approach and ensure we’re the right fit to bring your project to life.
Following this, we’ll arrange an in-depth consultation at your home. This allows us to experience your space first-hand and explore how you live, what you need, and how you want your home to feel. We’ll discuss your lifestyle, preferences and any specific challenges, so we can design a solution that is both beautiful and practical.
After the consultation, we will develop a tailored proposal outlining the scope of work, along with a design agreement and contract for your review. This ensures complete clarity before we begin creating your bespoke interior.
PHASE 02
Discovery
During this stage, we work closely with you to refine your vision, gather inspiration and establish the key details of your project. We’ll visit your property to take measurements, photographs and assess the space, as well as liaise with any relevant trades where required.
This phase allows us to build a clear understanding of your lifestyle and requirements, forming the foundation of a thoughtful and considered design. We’ll then arrange a design meeting to present our initial concepts and direction.
PHASE 03
Design Development
We’ll develop a comprehensive design presentation tailored to your space and preferences. This includes layouts, colour schemes, materials and furnishings, all carefully considered to create a cohesive and functional design.
You’ll also receive an outline budget, along with visuals such as sketches or renderings to help you fully envisage the transformation. We’ll present key finishes, fixtures and furnishings, giving you the opportunity to review and provide feedback before moving forward.
PHASE 04
Procurement & Project Coordination
At this stage, we take care of the finer details. We manage the sourcing, ordering and logistics of all approved items, ensuring everything aligns with the design plan.
We also coordinate with contractors and suppliers, overseeing the project as it progresses on site. Through regular communication and site visits, we ensure everything is delivered and executed to the highest standard.
PHASE 05
Installation & Completion
This is where your vision comes to life. We coordinate and manage the installation process, styling your space with care and precision to achieve a beautifully finished result.
Once complete, we arrange for professional photography to capture your transformed home. You’ll also receive a final handover pack, marking the completion of your project and the beginning of a new chapter in your home.
