Located in Kingswood, Surrey, this 10,000 sq ft private residence was conceived as a comprehensive interior design scheme for a proposed luxury new build. Developed in parallel with the architectural vision of the property, the design explored a fully resolved interior concept spanning principal reception rooms, private suites and leisure spaces, including a dedicated swimming pool and wellness area.

The brief called for a refined yet contemporary interior language that would complement the scale and ambition of the architecture. Through carefully considered spatial planning, material specification and bespoke detailing, Kings Interiors developed a cohesive scheme designed to enhance both the grandeur and liveability of the home.

Although the project did not proceed to construction, the completed interior concept and CGI visualisations demonstrate our approach to large-scale new build commissions — balancing architectural clarity with warmth, proportion and understated luxury throughout.
