Berkshire interior design studio
Interior Design in Berkshire
Kings Interiors is a Berkshire-based residential interior design studio creating bespoke interiors for country houses, substantial family homes and new-build residences. We undertake comprehensive renovations and complete furnishing commissions, combining detailed interior planning with fine materials, specialist craftsmanship and individually selected furniture.
Led by Gosia, the studio develops each scheme around the architecture of the property and the client’s brief. From bespoke joinery and lighting to upholstery, artwork and textiles, every element is considered within a coherent design for the whole residence.

A distinctive home,
considered in its entirety.
The character of a residence comes from the relationship between its architecture, materials and furnishings. We consider room proportions, natural light and existing features alongside furniture arrangements and the detailing of new elements.
In a period house, original fireplaces, antiques and established collections inform the scheme. In a new residence, bespoke cabinetry, finely specified finishes and layered furnishings introduce depth and individuality from the outset.

Full-Service Interior Design
For substantial renovations and new homes in Berkshire, we develop spatial layouts, kitchens, bathrooms, bespoke joinery, lighting and finishes within a coordinated interior scheme. Furniture arrangements are considered from the outset, establishing a close relationship between the architecture and its furnishings.
Detailed drawings and specifications communicate the design to the appointed architect, contractor and specialist makers. Procurement, installation and final styling can form part of the commission, with the scope and responsibilities established in the project proposal.

Furniture Curation & Styling
For existing or newly completed residences, we curate furniture, bespoke upholstery, rugs, lighting, window treatments and artwork. Each selection considers the proportions of the rooms, the client’s preferences and the pieces to be retained.
Fine materials, layered textiles and individual pieces give the scheme depth and character. Sourcing, procurement and installation can be included, with final placement and styling completing the interior.
