Kings Interiors designs the complete residential interior, from its spatial arrangement and architectural details to the finished rooms. We welcome commissions in Farnham for substantial renovations, country residences and new homes.
Our work brings together interior layouts, bespoke joinery, kitchen and bathroom design, lighting and electrical plans, material specifications and furnishing. These elements are developed in relation to one another, establishing a clear design direction from the earliest decisions through to installation.

Interior architecture & detail
The quality of the interior
begins with the plan.
The placement of a doorway, the depth of fitted cabinetry and the arrangement of lighting all influence the final composition of a room. We resolve these decisions alongside furniture layouts, considering both the visual proportions and the practical requirements of the residence.
For a period house, new details take their direction from the existing architecture. For an extension or new residence, the interior is developed alongside the architectural proposals, establishing continuity between the building and its internal spaces.
Drawings, material samples and specifications make the proposals clear, allowing the design to be discussed and coordinated before work progresses on site.
Full-service interior design
A complete vision for the residence.
Our full-service commissions encompass the architectural interior, its technical detailing and the furnishings that complete it. From the arrangement of rooms to bespoke cabinetry and lighting, we develop a considered design supported by detailed drawings, material specifications and collaboration with the appointed project team.
Spatial composition & interior architecture
We develop the architectural character of the interior, considering room proportions, spatial flow and the relationship between principal living spaces and private accommodation. Bespoke joinery, architectural detailing and material finishes are designed within a unified scheme, supported by detailed plans, elevations and specifications.
Lighting design & electrical planning
Lighting is integral to the composition of the home, revealing architectural detail, illuminating artwork and establishing atmosphere. Lighting and electrical plans resolve fitting positions, switching and power requirements in relation to the interior scheme, for coordination with the appointed specialists.
Bespoke kitchens, bathrooms & cabinetry
Kitchens, bathrooms and fitted joinery are designed as part of the wider architectural interior. Proportions, internal arrangements, stone selections, timber finishes and metalwork are resolved through detailed plans, elevations and specifications, informing the craftsmanship of each bespoke element.
Material specification & complete furnishing
Fine materials, individually selected furniture and bespoke textiles give the residence its depth and identity. Art and existing collections are integrated into the scheme, with procurement, installation and final styling available as part of the commission.
