Interior Design in Wiltshire
Kings Interiors provides bespoke residential interior design across Wiltshire for country residences, period houses and substantial new homes. Our commissions encompass comprehensive renovations and complete furnishing schemes, with architecture, craftsmanship and fine materials informing every stage.
We develop interiors with depth and individuality, combining bespoke joinery, carefully selected furniture and layered textiles. Original features, artwork and existing collections are considered within the scheme, preserving the character of the property while introducing refined contemporary comfort.

Architecture & materiality
The character of the house, carried through its interiors.
The proportions of a room, its original features and the quality of natural light establish the starting point. We consider these qualities before developing layouts, specifying finishes or selecting the furniture.
For period and country houses, new joinery and furnishings are designed to complement the existing architecture. In newly built residences, finely resolved details and a layered material palette introduce character throughout the property.
Timber, natural stone, woven fabrics and bespoke upholstery bring depth to the scheme. Antiques, artwork and collected pieces provide a further expression of the owners’ taste, balancing the architecture with a more personal interior.
Residential commissions in Wiltshire
Comprehensive design. Complete furnishing.
Our services extend from the development of a new interior to the furnishing of a completed home. Each proposal defines the scope, design stages and coordination required for the property.
Full-service interior design
For substantial renovations and new residences, we develop spatial plans, technical drawings, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting and bespoke joinery alongside the finishes and furnishing scheme.
Interior decisions are coordinated with your appointed architect, contractor and specialist trades. Material presentations and detailed specifications establish the scheme before selections progress into approved orders.
Procurement, installation and final styling can form part of the commission, maintaining continuity from design development through to the completed interior.

For newly acquired and established properties, we create complete furnishing schemes that complement the scale and character of the house. Furniture layouts establish the composition of each room.
Upholstery, curtains, rugs, lighting and artwork are selected together. Bespoke commissions and sourced pieces can be combined with existing furniture and collections, giving the interior depth and individuality.
We coordinate approved purchases, delivery and installation within the agreed scope, carrying the scheme through to its final arrangement and styling.
